About LifeStream
LifeStream, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as acquired brain injuries. We offer residential, community-based, and support services designed to enhance independence, dignity, and societal inclusion.
Work Schedule
The role primarily covers afternoon shifts and includes one weekend day. Scheduling times can be flexible. The position involves a combination of onsite office work and remote hybrid work.
Role Overview
The Workforce Scheduler will collaborate closely with program supervisors and staff to manage staffing requirements across various locations using UKG/UltiPro software.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance to staff and management regarding issues with UKG scheduling and timekeeping systems.
- Provide training to both management and personnel on scheduling procedures and functionalities of the UKG system.
- Work with management teams to address staffing levels, vacancies, call-outs, and staffing ratios at residential program sites.
- Regularly audit employee schedules and timecards to ensure alignment between scheduled and actual worked hours.
- Support outreach efforts to relief and per diem staff to fill open shifts and resolve staffing needs.
- Collect, analyze, and report workforce data to align with program goals and budgetary requirements.
- Operate independently while maintaining effective teamwork and communication.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience working with scheduling software is mandatory.
- Familiarity with UKG (UltiPro/Kronos) systems is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in creating spreadsheets, reports, and performing data analysis.
- Experience in 24/7 residential services or human services programming is an advantage.
- Skilled in generating and interpreting reports related to staffing, overtime, vacancies, and utilization.
