About the Role
Join our team as a Scheduler where you'll utilize your expertise in repairs and maintenance to organize and allocate daily tasks efficiently for our trade operatives. You will play a key role in driving productivity, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate scheduling of repairs and maintenance tasks, clearly informing trade operatives of their daily assignments.
- Maintain accurate, real-time data in systems regarding required maintenance on customer homes, flagging when job demand exceeds resources to facilitate timely corrective action.
- Arrange appointments with customers and manage scheduling of emergency works promptly.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience working at speed within a Repairs and Maintenance team, utilizing workforce planning platforms.
- Strong understanding of trades-related repairs and maintenance activities, including scheduling responsive, planned, and cyclical jobs.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and planning skills, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service capabilities to effectively handle shifting priorities.
Working Conditions
- Standard hours: 37.5 hours per week, weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- This is a hybrid role with two days per week working from home and the remainder onsite at the office.
- Proficient use of planning and scheduling software and Microsoft Office, along with collaboration tools, is necessary.
