Core Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly updates to pricing, including replacing shelf labels and promotional signage.
• Verify accuracy of weekly advertisements, promotional pricing, and signage throughout all departments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations regarding pricing compliance.
• Execute tasks efficiently and precisely to uphold the store's pricing integrity.
• Thrive in a fast-moving retail environment and effectively manage multiple tasks under time constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years with a high school diploma or equivalent and between one to three months of relevant experience or training, or a comparable blend of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities to manage scanning programs, maintain reports and schedules, and effectively apply billing and accounting principles.
• Excellent mathematics skills paired with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a positive approach, capable of interacting well with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and days as required by business needs.
• Able to read, create, and place price tags and signs; good vision necessary for these tasks. Proficient in stapling, scanning, and using computers to implement new pricing; comfortable using step ladders.
• Capable of lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 17 pounds, ranging in size from 1 to 34 inches, up to 8 feet distance for periods up to an hour. Expected to walk up to 4 miles in an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive crouching, kneeling, and squatting reaching down as low as 6 inches from the ground for up to 50 hours as required.
