SAP Payroll Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to manage and enhance SAP Payroll configurations and processes. This role involves comprehensive work on payroll calculations, wage types, schemas, PCRs, deductions, and integration with payroll-related modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain SAP Payroll processes to ensure accurate payroll functioning.
• Manage payroll computations including wage types, schemas, PCR logic, and applicable deductions.
• Facilitate integration of payroll with Time Management and Finance modules to ensure alignment of data.
• Engage in SAP Payroll implementation projects as well as support ongoing payroll operations.
• Collaborate closely with HR and business teams to gather requirements and assist with testing activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience working within SAP HCM Payroll or SAP Payroll environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of payroll components such as Wage Types, Payroll Schemas, PCRs, and integration with Time Management.
• Familiarity with Singapore payroll statutory regulations including CPF, IRAS, SDL, and FWL compliance.
• Hands-on involvement either in implementing or supporting SAP Payroll modules.
