Job description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant based in Dankuni, Kolkata who will manage and support operations on the SAP Business One (SAP B1) platform running on the SAP HANA database. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of practical experience and hold a relevant bachelor's degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and manage transactions such as Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt PO, Sales Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices within SAP Business One.
- Leverage SAP B1 HANA querying and reporting tools, including dashboards and search functions, to generate accurate operational and management information.
- Oversee inventory by monitoring stock movements, conducting stock audits, and maintaining comprehensive records across multiple warehouses.
- Collaborate with accounts and sales teams to manage ledger entries for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Maintain master data including Item Master Data, Business Partner Master Data, pricing lists, and chart of accounts with precision.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting support for SAP B1 user issues and coordinate with IT vendors or system integrators to resolve technical problems.
Educational Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is essential.
Work Location and Salary
This position is located in Dankuni, Kolkata. The remuneration offered ranges up to ₹30,000 per month.
