Overview

This position involves managing purchase requisitions within SAP for the procurement needs of an autonomous systems industry company based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or diploma and a minimum of two years of related experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and submit purchase requisitions (PR) accurately in SAP in line with procurement requirements.
• Validate all requisition details including quantities, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure all purchase requests align strictly with company procurement policies and procedural guidelines.
• Work closely with requesters, procurement personnel, and material teams to resolve discrepancies or clarify additional requirements.
• Monitor and track requisitions through to approval and their transformation into purchase orders.
• Keep detailed and accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements of purchase requisition processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least two years of work experience in a relevant role.
• Educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or diploma.
• Fluency in English required.
