Job Responsibilities

• Offer technical assistance for project delivery and ongoing enhancements, specializing in Global Available to Promise (APO GATP) or SAP S4 aATP.
• Provide subject matter expert support for clients' global Integrated Supply Chain Planning (ISCP), utilizing influence skills to develop effective business solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM fields; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Demonstrate strong skills in Supply Chain Management and possess expert knowledge of Software Configuration Management, capable of managing complex SCM tasks and mentoring team members.
• Have extensive experience in project pursuit with new Integrated Supply Chain Planning capabilities.
• Possess a thorough understanding of SAP APO functionalities and the interdependencies between its processes.
• Experience in complete lifecycle activities such as implementation, support, upgrades, and optimization of SAP APO-GATP or SAP S4 aATP, along with expertise in SAP APO-ECC integration.
• Experience with additional SAP APO modules like SNP, CIF, and PPDS is advantageous.
• Capable of gathering client requirements to develop solutions, create functional specifications, and configure systems appropriately.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies including requirements analysis, design, development tools, version control, testing, and deployment.
• Exhibit strong teamwork, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
• Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with high motivation and focus.
• Have effective communication skills and prior experience engaging with customers in project and maintenance roles.
