Role Overview
The company seeks a proficient SAP EWM Consultant based in Ahmedabad with minimum three years of experience dedicated to warehouse management and logistics operations. The role demands both functional and technical mastery in SAP EWM modules, including configuration and seamless integration with other SAP systems.
Key Duties and Expertise
- Implement and support SAP EWM solutions with hands-on configuration of warehouse structures such as storage types, sections, bins, and activity zones.
- Manage inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse workflows, including delivery processing, picking, packing, and goods movement.
- Apply putaway and stock removal tactics with Warehouse Task and Order configurations, alongside physical inventory and replenishment strategies.
- Utilize expertise in Handling Units and packaging procedures, with preference given to candidates skilled in RF framework and transactions.
- Additional knowledge in Wave, Labor Management, and Slotting processes is advantageous.
- Navigate SAP EWM integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and FI modules ensuring cohesive ERP functionality.
- Develop custom Z reports and implement system enhancements to optimize processes.
- Work effectively with S/4HANA EWM systems, integrating features for improved operational workflows.
- Exhibit strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.
