Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a member of the Infosys delivery team, you will act as a liaison with clients to ensure quality, address issues, and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include comprehending client requirements, designing and reviewing solutions, validating architectural decisions, and maintaining excellent technology service standards.
- Engage in project effort estimation and contribute technical insights for solution delivery.
- Conduct technical risk assessments, code reviews, and evaluate unit test plans.
- Lead and mentor teams to produce optimized, high-quality code aligning with organizational protocols.
- Drive knowledge sharing and uphold adherence to Infosys' processes and guidelines.
- Contribute actively toward building efficient software systems to support clients in their digital transformation journeys.
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge across multiple technologies.
- Understand foundational architecture and design principles.
- Familiarity with testing tools and agile methodologies.
- Grasp project lifecycle activities for both development and maintenance phases.
- Acquire knowledge of estimation approaches and quality assurance processes.

- Exhibit strong analytical and technical skills coupled with effective communication abilities.
