SAP ABAP FTC ERP Technical Consultant

Role Overview

This position focuses on ABAP development within ECC 6.0+ environments, requiring proficiency in Core ABAP fundamentals. The role involves thorough technical assessment and analysis of SAP business, master, and transactional data specifically within the SD, MM, FICO, and PP modules.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain ABAP code for SAP ECC systems (Core ABAP expertise required).
• Analyze SAP business data encompassing sales & distribution, materials management, finance & controlling, and production planning modules.
• Implement development tasks using BADI, BAPI, User Exits, and Dialog Programming techniques.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Core ABAP and ABAP Objects.
• Experience with enhancement techniques such as BADI, BAPI, User Exits.
• Skillful in SAP scripting technologies including SAP Scripts, SMARTFORMS, and Adobe Forms.
• Familiarity with interfaces, test tools like eCATT/BDC, SQL Trace, and debugging in ABAP Debugger.
• Comprehensive understanding of key SAP modules: SD, MM, FICO, PP.
• Exposure to UI5/Fiori development and SAP Gateway using SEGW.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes related to SAP projects.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, with a specialization in Computer Science and Engineering or Computer Science and Business Systems.
