Position Overview

We are seeking a Sanitation Operator committed to maintaining a pristine and inviting environment for both our customers and team. Your role will involve cleaning and sanitizing the interior spaces of the store, the surrounding parking areas, and external premises. This role is vital in upholding the welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand values.

Key Duties

• Sweeping required zones inside and outside the store premises.
• Mopping designated areas within the store.
• Washing shop windows and spraying parking lots as assigned.
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking bathrooms.
• Ensuring the customer area, including tables and chairs, is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Organizing and maintaining order in the stockroom supplies.

Candidate Requirements

• No previous work experience is necessary.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• The role requires occasional exertion of up to 50 pounds of force and frequent exertion of up to 20 pounds.
• Exposure to varying indoor and outdoor environmental factors including fluctuating temperatures and noise typical of food production areas.
• Potential contact with known allergens such as nuts.
