Sanitation Agent

Overview

The Sanitation Agent will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse environment to support warehouse staff operations. This role demands working efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced setting to support arrival and departure objectives. The employee must consistently present a professional and positive demeanor, embodying a "Lead by Example" philosophy. Regular attendance and punctuality, along with direct communication with supervisors or managers on duty, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security standards of the warehouse are upheld at all times.
• Assist with setting up, cleaning, and storing equipment and warehouse areas.
• Handle food and goods courteously, promptly, accurately, and with care, including loading and unloading tasks.
• Receive catering deliveries, conduct temperature checks, and inspect items from food service providers.
• Adhere strictly to Sky Café and airline operational policies.
• Maintain consistent communication with catering team members and airline communication centers when required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work permanently in Canada.
• Possess a clear criminal background check.
• Capable of obtaining airport and Transport Canada security clearances.
• Able to regularly lift, push, or pull loads up to 70 pounds.
• Flexible to work within required timeframes including nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Completion of airline and company training programs and recertifications is mandatory.
• Hold a valid forklift certification.
