• Monitor team performance and provide necessary training and support.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper hygiene, and an appealing salon environment.
• Manage inventory, track stock levels, and oversee product utilization.
• Promote sales of services and retail products through proactive efforts.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
