Job Overview

The Salon Manager is responsible for managing the daily functions of the salon, overseeing team members, and driving business performance. This position requires balancing leadership duties with financial oversight to maintain high quality customer service and ensure the salon’s profitability.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations including staff scheduling, client appointment management, and maintaining salon hygiene standards.
• Lead recruitment, training, and ongoing motivation of stylists and front desk personnel.
• Manage inventory by placing supply orders, monitoring product consumption, and liaising with vendors.
• Boost sales by encouraging retail product purchases, implementing marketing initiatives, and monitoring daily revenue figures.
• Handle client interactions by resolving complaints and creating a friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of two years' experience in salon management or a leadership role within the hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with salon booking systems and fundamental budgeting processes.
• Excellent communication abilities, proficiency in conflict resolution, and effective multitasking skills.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 20,000 to 40,000 INR.
