Role Overview
This full-time onsite Salesperson position, based in Nabadwip, involves engaging potential customers face-to-face, describing the advantages of Adobe Photoshop – Tips & Tricks offerings, and steering clients toward appropriate services. Daily duties encompass greeting and advising visitors, delivering product demos, responding to inquiries, closing deals, and meticulously documenting customer interactions and transactions. The role demands cultivating lasting customer relationships, collecting feedback to refine products, collaborating with marketing and training departments, and achieving sales targets. Maintaining a professional, inclusive, and inviting atmosphere for all patrons is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient sales and customer service capabilities including identifying customer needs, presenting solutions effectively, and completing sales successfully.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or a strong eagerness to learn digital design tools to confidently articulate product benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with respectful engagement of diverse customers in an onsite context.
- Competent organizational skills for maintaining sales records, tracking leads, and following up appropriately.
- Comfortable using computers, online applications, and point-of-sale or CRM software.
- Capability to work full-time onsite in Nabadwip, manage time efficiently, and collaborate with peers to meet sales objectives.
- Previous exposure to retail sales, education services, or technology product sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Completion of secondary education; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or design are favorable.
