Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic salesmen to join our shop floor team. The role involves warmly welcoming customers, understanding their event requirements, suggesting suitable attire, and ensuring correct sizing with alteration arrangements as needed. Managing interactions with wedding families, maintaining an attractive and orderly display, restocking from storage, and assisting with stocktaking are key responsibilities. Additionally, billing and basic record keeping are required, along with encouraging satisfied clients to leave Google reviews.

Candidate Profile

Applicants with 1 to 5 years of experience in clothing or retail sales are preferred, though fresh candidates with strong communication skills will also be given consideration. Fluency in Hindi and either Marathi or Gujarati is essential. Candidates must be comfortable standing for the duration of their shift and available to work on Sundays and during festival periods. Attributes sought include honesty, punctuality, and a neat appearance. Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons such as Diwali and weddings is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a fixed monthly salary supplemented by sales incentives. Comprehensive training on fabrics, fits, and ethnic wear styles will be provided.
