Role Overview

Positioned full-time and on-site in Doha, this sales role involves direct customer interaction on the sales floor. The incumbent will assist shoppers by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate items to enhance their shopping experience. Tasks include setting up product displays, monitoring stock quantities, restocking shelves, verifying prices and promotions, managing simple sales transactions, and supporting store operations in coordination with the cash counter. The role requires adherence to company policies, hygiene and safety protocols, and teamwork to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers with attentive listening and clear communication to provide excellent service.
• Utilize sales and merchandising expertise to maintain appealing product displays and promote upselling.
• Carry out point-of-sale duties responsibly, handling cash and transaction accuracy.
• Organize time effectively to address multiple customer and store-related tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hypermarket environments is preferred.
• Capable of standing long hours and performing moderately physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
• Comfortable working within a multicultural team environment.
• Basic English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is advantageous.
