Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support and enhance Kerry’s worldwide Salesforce ecosystem, which includes sales cloud, service cloud, managed packages, and related tech. In this role, you will bridge business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement in a complex global setup. Kerry follows a hybrid work policy with a requirement to be onsite in Naas offices three days weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement ongoing enhancements to customer-facing digital platforms via Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with business units to optimize and digitize key worldwide processes aligned with company goals.
- Manage projects and support digital launches through to live deployment.
- Develop, validate, implement, and document Salesforce configurations.
- Coordinate closely with ICT service delivery and security departments.
- Assist with data-related tasks such as analytics, data mining, and AI-driven initiatives.
- Cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with business stakeholders.
- Provide application support for routine business-as-usual duties.
- Assess emerging technologies and solutions pertinent to Kerry’s operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT or a related field.
- Proven experience in similar roles involving project management and delivery frameworks.
- Strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders and translate technical terminology into accessible language.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation capabilities.
- Analytical thinking combined with a practical, problem-solving mindset.
- Resilience and motivation to perform well under pressure.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
