Their flagship product line includes the largest state-of-the-art Fly Ash Blocks manufacturing unit in Surat, Gujarat, alongside over 100 items in walling, tile fixing, waterproofing, and construction chemicals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute specialized sales training sessions aimed at banking sector professionals, emphasizing product mastery, effective selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Create and regularly update a detailed training curriculum that reflects business goals and current industry standards.
- Perform systematic training needs assessments to uncover skill and knowledge deficits among employees.
- Partner with domain experts to develop dynamic educational content including presentations, videos, and digital learning resources.
- Track and evaluate participant progress through assessments and deliver constructive feedback to promote skill enhancement.
