About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to help maintain and organize our sales processes with a focus on managing existing contacts and leads without cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize contacts and leads within our CRM system
• Identify which contacts need follow-up actions
• Send brief follow-up messages via email or LinkedIn
• Log responses and update the current status accordingly
• Keep track of appointments, open discussions, and next steps
• Ensure the CRM system is consistently accurate and up to date

Candidate Profile

• Reliable and organized work approach
• Comfortable using CRM tools and digital technologies
• Ability to write clearly and politely
• Proactive in determining and completing tasks independently
• Prior sales experience is beneficial but not required
