Sales Support Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Support Executive to join the team at US Accounting Coach. This role involves engaging with prospective students and assisting them in understanding and enrolling in US Accounting and Taxation courses.

Key Duties

• Provide counseling to students about available US Accounting & Taxation educational programs.
• Assess students' career ambitions to suggest appropriate courses.
• Manage incoming inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to convert leads into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain up-to-date records of lead statuses through regular communication.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and admission goals.
• Ensure a positive and supportive admission experience for all students.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong persuasion and counseling capabilities.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls and managing follow-ups.
• Experience in sales or admission counseling is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates possessing good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Preference for candidates who are goal-oriented and eager to learn.
