Role Overview

The position is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The role entails engaging customers on the sales floor, understanding their style preferences, and recommending appropriate products to elevate their shopping experience. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of multiple brands and collections, upholding visual merchandising standards, managing stock replenishment, resolving customer queries, supporting promotional campaigns, and working closely with the team to meet sales targets while ensuring exceptional service.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities for effective interaction with diverse clientele.
• Strong sales acumen to convert customer engagement into purchases and support revenue goals.
• Skills in sales management and training to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
• Relevant experience in fashion or apparel retail, specifically in menswear, is highly advantageous.
• Capacity to work on-site in Ahmedabad, including weekends and busy retail periods, with a customer-centric and goal-driven approach.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising, POS systems, and inventory management is beneficial.
• Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma; a degree or certification in retail management, fashion, or business is preferred.
