Sales & Service Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Sales & Service Executive to join our medical equipment firm based in Siliguri, West Bengal. The role involves direct customer engagement, developing new business leads, sustaining client relationships, and delivering basic service support for medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, doctors, and healthcare centers to promote sales and expand business.
• Identify potential sales prospects and follow up diligently with interested customers.
• Give product demonstrations and detailed explanations of medical equipment to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with current customers and dealers.
• Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow through on sales processes.
• Coordinate installation, servicing, and post-sales support of various medical devices.
• Attend basic maintenance calls and collaborate with technical teams as necessary.
• Keep accurate daily records documenting client visits, sales, and service reports.
• Meet or surpass the monthly sales targets assigned.
• Be prepared to travel within Siliguri and the adjacent areas as needed.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Completed 12th grade, Diploma, Graduate, or B.Tech in relevant disciplines.
• Open to both freshers and individuals with prior experience.
• Experience in medical equipment sales and service or healthcare-related sales is advantageous.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Possess fundamental technical knowledge and eagerness to learn medical equipment servicing.
• Comfortable with field-based sales roles that require travel.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.

Working Conditions

The position requires traveling within Siliguri and nearby areas for client visits and service calls.
