Sales & Service Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Service Engineer to join Wintech Solutions in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves managing customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and providing comprehensive technical and sales support primarily focused on laser machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and generate leads, including following up on potential sales.
• Demonstrate products to customers and analyze their requirements to tailor solutions.
• Prepare sales quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships along with developing new customers.
• Install and commission laser machines, provide customer training, and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Offer troubleshooting, both online and onsite, including breakdown repairs and technical support.
• Identify and replace spare parts as needed and prepare service reports.
• Manage customer complaints and provide support for AMC and warranty services.
• Conduct payment follow-ups, report daily activities, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Travel to customer locations to coordinate sales and service activities.
• Collect and share market and competitor insights, gather customer feedback, and plan service visits.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain comprehensive customer and service records.
• Coordinate demo and trial activities, and follow up on pending quotations.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is INR 15,000 to INR 25,000.
