Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador across all channels including on-site visits, online engagements, and market events.
  • Guide customers on quality maintenance and promote Atomic's standards.
  • Oversee territory resources including promotional budgets, customer training initiatives, and equipment stock.
  • Meet sales, profit, and customer acquisition targets.
  • Contribute to broader brand efforts; occasional travel and weekend work might be necessary.

Candidate Requirements

  • Individuals currently in the coffee sector, like café managers or head baristas, looking to transition into sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a commitment to enlarging and retaining customer base.
  • Effective and confident communication abilities across email, in-person, and diverse stakeholder interactions.
  • Commercially savvy, well-organized, and dedicated to delivering value during customer interactions.
  • A genuine passion for coffee and enthusiasm for educating others.

Benefits and Perks

  • Company-provided vehicle, phone, and laptop to support work activities.
  • Five days of Recharge Leave per year to unwind and rejuvenate.
  • Continuous training and development opportunities via UCC Coffee ANZ group.
  • A supportive, coffee-centric team environment.
  • Access to excellent coffee on-site and participation in coffee-related events.
