Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom, providing professional and friendly assistance
• Offer comprehensive details about product features, benefits, and prices
• Showcase product functionality and respond to questions clearly
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive purchasing experience
• Meet and surpass sales goals through effective promotion of products and services
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing with well-maintained displays
• Work jointly with colleagues on promotional plans to boost sales opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or retail beneficial
• Prior retail sales or showroom working experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering top-notch customer care
• Basic grasp of sales methods and thorough product knowledge
• Familiarity with point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office applications
• Energetic, positive outlook with enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction
• Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays
