About Consultus Publishing Services (CPS)
Consultus Publishing Services (CPS) is actively growing its sales force nationwide, seeking enthusiastic Educational Sales Representatives to serve schools throughout Zimbabwe. CPS offers trusted, innovative learning resources such as the Ignite, Rava ChiShona, Bala IsiNdebele, and Sound It Readers series that align with Zimbabwe's heritage-based curriculum.
Role Significance
The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in helping schools access curriculum-aligned textbooks and digital tools that enhance teaching and learning during Zimbabwe's transition to a skills-focused, heritage-based curriculum.
Primary Responsibilities
- Market and promote CPS textbooks and digital educational tools to schools.
- Provide support to educators regarding the heritage-based curriculum.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with schools and district education offices.
- Boost adoption rates of CPS products through school visits, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Represent CPS at educational workshops, exhibitions, and regional events.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least two years of verified teaching experience.
- Previous experience in education-related sales.
- Possession of a Class 4 Driver’s License.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and fundamental sales abilities.
Preferred
- Additional teaching experience is considered advantageous.
