About the Role

Key Duties

• Acquire new customers and develop robust customer relationships.

Eligibility Requirements

• Graduates from full-time programs with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Applicants can be freshers or have up to 11 months of work experience.
• Willingness to relocate is necessary.
• Maximum age must be 25 years at application time.
• Comfort and aptitude for a sales-focused position are essential.

Selection Procedure

• Initial online aptitude test covering verbal skills, quantitative aptitude, and logical reasoning.
• Up to two rounds of interviews upon successful aptitude test clearance.
• Successful candidates will participate in a 15-day residential training at the campus.

Compensation & Training Details

• Annual cost to company (CTC) estimated around ₹300,000 depending on city classification; exact package detailed during hiring.
• No charges for training, accommodation, or meals during the residential program.
