About the Role
TVS Training & Services Ltd. is offering a career-building opportunity as a Sales & Relationship Manager training program in partnership with ICICI Bank. This program aims to develop graduates with an interest in sales, customer relationship management, and banking services into effective professionals for the banking sector. The position involves working across various locations in Kerala.
Key Duties
- Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing robust client relationships.
- Comprehend customer needs and suggest appropriate banking products and services.
- Communicate the features and benefits of bank offerings to potential customers.
- Facilitate customer engagement initiatives and assist in business growth activities.
- Strive to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Applicants must hold a full-time graduation degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Open to fresh graduates and those with up to 11 months of work experience.
- Willingness to relocate as required.
- Maximum age limit of 25 years at the time of application.
- Comfortable undertaking sales-focused responsibilities.
Recruitment Process
- An online aptitude test assessing verbal skills, quantitative aptitude, and logical reasoning.
- Up to two rounds of interviews following successful aptitude test completion.
- Selected candidates will participate in a 15-day residential training program on campus.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual cost to company (CTC) is approximately ₹300,000, varying by city category with final details provided during hiring. Training fees, lodging, and meals during residential training are provided at no charge.
