Role Overview
This is a full-time onsite position based in Dubai Investment Park. The Sales Receptionist will be responsible for managing receptionist tasks such as answering calls professionally, executing clerical duties, and maintaining communication with clients. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting rental deal closures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Proficient in receptionist responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in customer service roles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Competency with MS Office applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience closing rental agreements is beneficial
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is advantageous
