Currently, as we enlarge our footprint at Changi Airport Duty Free, we are on the lookout for an experienced, personable, and results-oriented Sales Promoter to represent our luxury brand at our duty-free counters.

Role Responsibilities

• Receive and engage with international travelers warmly, exuding confidence and elegance.
• Analyze customers' personalities, moods, and lifestyles to discover their preferred fragrance profile.
• Guide clients through our exclusive perfume collections with tailored recommendations.
• Create a memorable and personalized luxury purchasing experience beyond a typical duty-free transaction.
• Effectively cross-sell and upsell products including perfumes, discovery sets, dual crayon, and 100ml formats.
• Regularly meet and surpass achievable sales targets within a busy retail airport setting.
• Ensure that the counter presentation and standards strictly reflect Maison 21G’s luxury identity.
• Manage stock, follow replenishment procedures, and adhere to operational guidelines set by Shilla.

Candidate Profile

• A passionate salesperson who thrives on engaging stories, people interaction, and delivering luxury experiences.
• Interest in fragrance, beauty, fashion, hospitality, or premium lifestyle sectors.
• Motivated by learning, with eagerness to train and grow as a Scent Designer.
• Confident, clear communicator, comfortable with a diverse, international clientele.
• Detail-focused and committed to service excellence with a high emotional intelligence quotient.
• Adaptable and energized by the dynamic, fast-paced environment of airport retail.

Essential Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience within beauty, fashion, luxury retail, food & beverage, or hospitality industries.
• Demonstrated sales aptitude including upselling and target achievement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset with positivity and proactivity.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a customer-focused approach.
• Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
