Sales & Order Processing Executive - E-Commerce

About the Role

GRQ Holdings invites applications for the position of Sales & Order Processing Executive, tasked with managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring efficient daily workflows across multiple e-commerce brands. The role demands a proactive individual who comprehends e-commerce operations and effectively liaises between customers, sales agents, suppliers, and delivery personnel.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and process daily orders from several e-commerce platforms.
• Confirm customer orders through WhatsApp messages and telephone calls.
• Maintain precise order information and update CRM systems accordingly.
• Liaise with suppliers and fulfillment teams to guarantee prompt dispatch of goods.
• Track delivery statuses and follow up on any delays or unsuccessful attempts.
• Address customer inquiries concerning orders, deliveries, cancellations, and product returns.
• Work closely with sales agents to resolve any order-related challenges.
• Detect operational issues and ensure they are resolved promptly.
• Generate daily reports summarizing order processing activities, confirmations, dispatches, deliveries, and cancellations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams to support smooth operational flow.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, or customer support roles.
• Familiarity with Shopify, CRM software, or other order management platforms is highly preferred.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Confidence in managing customer interactions via WhatsApp and phone.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to independently juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of the UAE e-commerce market, especially Cash on Delivery (COD) operations, is advantageous.
