Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Sales Operations Manager to collaborate with our APAC Sales divisions across different regions and segments. This key position in the Regional Sales Operations team supports scaling revenue via both assisted and self-service sales channels and operates from our Singapore office in a hybrid setup.

Core Responsibilities

• Utilize AI technologies to enhance the speed and precision of forecasting, reporting, and analyzing pipelines, thereby providing valuable insights to leadership.
• Promote AI integration throughout the regional Sales teams by developing workflows, best practices, and enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales leaders across APAC, effectively managing diverse markets, cultural differences, and time zone challenges.
• Oversee regional operational tasks such as quota and crediting decisions and handling escalations, generating actionable insights for Sales and Finance teams.
• Take part in forecasting discussions by communicating trends, risks, and growth opportunities to Sales leadership.
• Advise on organizational structuring, headcount planning, portfolio segmentation, and quota allocations across the region.
• Lead Regional Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews by scrutinizing sales funnel and key performance indicators to drive follow-up actions.
• Maintain ownership of performance dashboards, reporting accuracy, data integrity, and the cleanliness of sales systems to ensure reliability.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of seven years’ experience in sales operations, preferably at a rapidly growing SaaS company.
• Demonstrated success in leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and accuracy in sales operations tasks.
• Experience supporting sales teams across multiple regions, exhibiting flexibility in diverse cultural and time zone contexts.
• Strong analytical and technical proficiency, particularly with Salesforce, business intelligence platforms, and in creating complex spreadsheets, models, and executive-level presentations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of translating analyses into clear insights and concise presentations for senior leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced competencies with BI visualization software, especially Sigma, and functional knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working with contact and account data enrichment processes and managing CRM data updates through tools like Clay.
