Sales Officer

About the Role

Aegis Software Pvt. Ltd., known for developing AegisHMS, is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Officer to become a part of their Kathmandu-based team, focusing on expanding their presence in the hospitality tech sector.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify potential sales prospects and actively pursue leads.
• Demonstrate AegisHMS product features through engaging presentations.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline diligently to meet designated goals.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal groups and distribution partners.
• Conduct on-site visits to hotels, resorts, and restaurants to develop new business opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Effective verbal communication and presentation capabilities.
• Prior experience in sales or customer interaction is an advantage.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry sales or software sales will be beneficial.
• Basic proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability for local travel as part of job responsibilities.
• Educational background preferably includes a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
