Job Overview
This role involves onboarding local merchants to Bharat Pe's payment solutions, promoting BharatPe QR codes and POS machines, and managing ongoing relationships with merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Enroll local merchants onto Bharat Pe's digital payment platforms.
- Promote the use of BharatPe QR codes and point-of-sale (POS) devices.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with merchants to ensure continued engagement.
Requirements
- Possession of a smartphone to facilitate communication and digital transactions.
- Valid government-issued identification such as PAN card and Aadhaar card.
- Ability to travel locally to meet with merchants and support their onboarding process.
Eligibility
The position is open to candidates who have completed 10th or 12th grade. Both freshers and individuals with prior field sales experience are welcome to apply.
Compensation
The expected monthly salary ranges between ₹22,000 and ₹35,000, supplemented by performance-based incentives.
