Job Summary
Scott Lumin Private Limited is looking for proactive and driven Sales Officers to actively promote and sell their product range. Candidates should have solid sales experience, excellent communication abilities, and be capable of establishing strong customer connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market the company's range of products to prospective clients.
- Identify and pursue new business leads while building client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Perform product demonstrations and presentations to highlight product advantages.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support the overall company growth.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in health, wellness, or technology products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate candidates under 30 years old with 2 to 3 years of sales experience.
- Skillful in managing customer queries and providing support.
- Highly goal-focused with a strong inclination to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from INR 20,000 to 35,000 with additional lucrative incentives.
