Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Officer to join our team, specializing in gold loan products. This role focuses on attracting new customers, evaluating gold ornaments, and ensuring efficient loan processing aligned with bank standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for gold loan offerings by conducting field activities and leveraging branch resources.
- Assess the purity and weight of gold items accurately in accordance with banking criteria.
- Manage loan application procedures to facilitate prompt loan distribution.
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with KYC regulations.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to support business growth.
- Meet established monthly targets for sales and loan disbursements.
- Address customer inquiries and offer suitable financial advice related to loan products.
- Ensure secure handling and safekeeping of pledged gold items.
