Sales & Marketing Studio Manager

About the Role

We seek a dynamic and commercially focused Sales & Marketing Studio Manager to oversee the operations of a newly launched boutique Pilates and wellness studio in Chembur, Mumbai. This role involves end-to-end management of client experience, forging local offline partnerships, expanding social media presence, and ensuring smooth daily studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving new member acquisitions, managing trial bookings, and converting packages to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Identifying and establishing partnerships with local premium salons, aesthetic clinics, organic cafes, luxury boutiques, and clubhouses for cross-promotional activities.
• Organizing in-studio community events, open houses, and pop-up collaborations to enhance brand presence.
• Leading community engagement on Instagram by connecting with fitness and lifestyle influencers for barter or paid collaborations.
• Responding to prospective clients via Instagram direct messages and comments to convert interest into studio trials.
• Assisting with on-site content creation such as reels and client transformation stories to maintain an aspirational brand image.
• Managing WhatsApp Business communications by providing prompt, personalized responses to inquiries.
• Handling class bookings, rescheduling, waitlists, and enforcing cancellation policies rigorously.
• Tracking and analyzing client renewals, attendance declines, and package expirations to proactively retain customers through follow-ups.
• Overseeing trainer schedules including timetables, slot allocations, leaves, substitutions, and shift rotations to ensure no disruptions in sessions.
• Facilitating clear daily communication between instructors, management, and clients in a professional manner.
• Taking complete responsibility for the studio’s physical environment, ensuring cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and pleasant ambiance including lighting and music.
• Coordinating with housekeeping and support vendors for daily maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining studio inventory such as grip socks, cleaning materials, client refreshments, and branded materials, along with tracking via Excel spreadsheets.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales, boutique hospitality, fitness center management, luxury retail, or customer relationship roles.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence in pitching to clients and partners.
• Proficient with MS Excel or Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and booking management software.
• Highly proactive, commercially inclined, and capable of working independently within the demanding pace of a studio launch environment.

Additional Details

• Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, with Sundays off.
• Work Location: Fully on-site at the studio in Chembur, Mumbai.
• Monthly Salary Range: INR 20,000 to INR 25,000.
