Global Pest Solutions is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager based in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves driving sales growth and expanding business opportunities, particularly within the pest control and facility management sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects to generate qualified leads.
- Manage client relationships effectively to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed set business objectives and targets.
- Apply strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to close deals.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to clients.
- Target new clients across hotels, corporate sectors, industries, and residential communities.
- Promote upselling initiatives to grow existing accounts and service portfolios.
Desired Profile
- Robust experience in sales and business development within pest control or facility management industries.
- Preference given to candidates possessing combined expertise in both sales and operations within related fields.
