Sales Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to independently meet monthly sales objectives. This role focuses on driving business growth through proactive client engagement and managing sales within the photography and creative services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through self-driven efforts.
• Generate new business opportunities via cold calling, converting leads, and conducting client meetings.
• Manage sales of photography and creative services including weddings, events, photoshoots, and packages.
• Maintain conversion rates at or above defined performance benchmarks.
• Achieve planned targets for client meetings while maximizing closure ratios.
• Promote cross-selling of photography services to boost overall revenue.
• Ensure diligent follow-up with clients so that no pending actions remain outstanding.
• Uphold customer quality (CQ) scores, audit compliance, and overall key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Apply discounts within authorized limits to protect profitability.
• Ensure transactions for confirmed bookings are completed fully and on the same day.
• Keep updated sales pipelines, daily tracking sheets, and detailed reports.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranges between 50000 and 55000 INR.
