Stylein Consultancy Service Pvt. Ltd is looking for a Sales Manager in Panaji, India. This role involves leading an insurance sales team to meet targets and grow the customer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct a team of insurance agents to accomplish sales goals and expand the agency's clientele.
- Create and execute strategies to boost sales revenue through multiple channels including agency and direct sales.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer customized life insurance solutions.
- Evaluate market trends, competitor behavior, and feedback from customers to improve the sales process and outcomes.
Requirements
- Between one to five years of experience in BFSI sales or an equivalent sector.
- Deep knowledge of life insurance industry practices and legal regulations.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives within an agency distribution network.
