Sales Manager – Home Loans

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve monthly business and loan disbursement goals.
• Generate new home loan leads by collaborating with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, brokers, connectors, and through direct sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with various channel partners to grow the loan portfolio.
• Lead and supervise the sales team, overseeing their day-to-day performance and motivating them to meet targets.
• Engage directly with customers to facilitate seamless transition from loan application to disbursement.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations to expedite case processing.
• Continuously track competitor activities, customer preferences, and market opportunities to strengthen business development.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of a graduation degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience, especially in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Banking, or Housing Finance sectors is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Familiarity with the local market dynamics.
• Results-driven and comfortable operating in a field sales environment.

Compensation and Other Details
