About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager in the financial loans and insurance sector based in Andheri East, Mumbai. The role entails extensive Pan India travel and demands a professional with 2 to 6 years of experience. The offered salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month in-hand, complemented by incentive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets for loan and insurance products.
- Develop new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
- Assess customer needs and propose appropriate financial solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with banks, NBFCs, and insurance partners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Expand and sustain a robust customer network across multiple areas.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 6 years of experience selling financial loan and insurance products.
- Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and sales abilities.
- Be goal-driven and self-motivated.
- Willing to undertake extensive travel throughout India.
- Have good knowledge of banking, loans, and insurance offerings.
- Graduate or MBA qualifications are advantageous.
