Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for spearheading the sales team to consistently meet monthly sales objectives while expanding customer base and sustaining client relationships. The position is located in Jaipur within the C-Scheme / MI Road area. The monthly salary offered ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales personnel to fulfill monthly sales quotas.
• Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clientele.
• Formulate effective sales plans to boost business growth and revenue streams.
• Supervise daily sales operations and prepare comprehensive sales reports.
• Address customer queries, negotiate terms, and follow up on business leads.
• Analyze market conditions and monitor competitive activities.
• Provide training and encouragement to enhance team productivity.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure seamless business functions.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the textile industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and proficiency in managing teams.
