Join Currys as a Sales Manager based in Letterkenny. This permanent, full-time position involves coaching team members, inspiring confidence in selling, and creating a customer-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor colleagues to motivate customers to select products that best meet their needs, regardless of shopping channel.
- Lead an engaged team by recognizing strengths and development areas and supporting individual growth plans.
- Encourage a customer-centric approach while driving sales and profitability goals.
- Energize the team when launching new products by demonstrating how new technology can be showcased.
- Continuously seek ways to improve store performance and share insights with your team.
Experience and Skills Required
- Management experience in a sales-led business of comparable size.
- Proven expertise in coaching with a hands-on leadership style and a passion for developing team confidence and career growth.
- A history of spotting commercial opportunities within departments or stores to maximize sales.
- Confident leadership paired with an approachable and friendly demeanor towards colleagues and customers.
- Enthusiasm to learn and stay updated on the latest technology trends.
