Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive sales growth of our dairy product range, including paneer, milk, dahi, ghee, and khoya/mawa, primarily in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, super-stockists, and bulk buyers while expanding our market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a variety of dairy products such as paneer, milk, dahi, ghee, and khoya/mawa.
- Identify and appoint distributors, wholesalers, and super-stockists within designated territories to expand market penetration.
- Develop new business opportunities by connecting with bulk purchasers, retailers, sweet shops, hotels, and restaurants.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
