About the Company
Wealth100X Capital is seeking to hire a Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in the financial services sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the sales and telecalling teams to meet objectives.
- Establish and accomplish daily and monthly sales targets efficiently.
- Manage lead generation, follow-ups, demonstrations, and closing sales.
- Provide training and continuous motivation to sales executives.
- Address critical client inquiries and conduct negotiations.
- Monitor team performance and compile daily Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and webinar teams to enhance sales efforts.
- Expand customer base and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in closing sales and negotiation tactics.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Competency in Excel and preparing MIS reports.
- Strong team management and the ability to meet sales targets.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 with additional performance-based incentives.
