Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain and support Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) tools and infrastructure, including updating configurations, uploading data, performing system maintenance, and monitoring system performance.
- Extract, cleanse, and organize data from various sources such as Salesforce.com, finance, and operational systems to ensure data accuracy for incentive calculations and reporting.
- Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining the calculation logic, algorithms, and rules used for sales incentive payouts, including investigating discrepancies and performing root cause analysis.
- Generate reports on sales performance and incentive compensation, support reconciliation and audit processes, and contribute to enhancing automation and data visualization of reports.
- Identify process improvements to optimize data workflows, reduce manual tasks, document procedures and data flow, and ensure compliance with data governance and SIP policies.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com, particularly CRM Analytics, alongside advanced skills in Excel (including Power Query), Power BI, and/or SQL-based data environments.
- Fluency in English communication.
- Prior experience with variable incentive compensation platforms (such as Xactly, Anaplan, Everstage, or Spiff) is an advantageous addition.
