Sales Floor Assistant

Role Overview

The Sales Floor Assistant plays a key role in enhancing customer experience and driving profitable sales growth. This position involves leading and motivating associates, managing merchandise standards, training staff, and executing sales programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and model exceptional customer service, actively addressing client concerns and collaborating with team members for support.
• Coordinate with Merchandise Supervisor for merchandise placement; assist with inventory tasks such as cycle counts, RFID scans, merchandise receipt, reverse logistics, and stockroom organization, including restocking shoes and managing mismatched items.
• Support the SET process by planning floor layout changes, placing graphics, detailing visuals to company standards, identifying top-selling product opportunities, and overall maintaining a neat, organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Assist with e-commerce operations including managing online orders, returns, and Buy Online Pick Up In Store or Ship from Store services.
• Participate in operations like Merchandise Transfer Out (MTO), returns to vendors or warehouse, and managing defective merchandise to maintain accurate inventory and reduce shrinkage.
• Adhere to company performance expectations by supporting safety and shrink initiatives and consistently meeting sales, service, profit, productivity, and attendance standards.

Compensation
