Job Responsibilities

• Identify sales prospects for Axis Bank and allied third-party products by acquiring new clients and fostering new relationships.
• Manage existing client relationships to deepen engagement and business association.
• Meet monthly sales goals aligned with the assigned grade level (BDE, Officer, or AM Sales).
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.
• Follow all regulatory and compliance requirements related to KYC, SEBI, and financial services industry legislation.

Candidate Qualifications and Profile

• Officer Sales-2: Graduate with between 1 and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Officer Sales-1: Graduate with under 1 year of experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and the local language.
• Proven skills in generating leads and converting prospects into customers.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capacity to function effectively within a team environment.
